It’s almost over --- elections, that is. On Tuesday, Fayette County voters can make a decision on the three races which resulted in a run-off at the July 31st primaries.
On the Democratic runoff ballot- T.J. Copeland is facing off against Ronnie Mabra for the 63rd District seat.
For the Republican ballot, locally, on the county commission front, David Barlow is up against Sheila Huddleston for the Post 2 seat, left open when county commission chairman Herb Frady retired. Incumbent Lee Hearn is facing off against challenger Randy Ognio for the Post 3 county commission seat.
All 36 of the county's precincts will be open on August 21 from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. If voters are unsure of voting precinct location, they can go to the Secretary of State's website at www.sos.ga.gov and find the link to the My Voter Page.
