With all precincts reporting before 9 p.m., an early night closed the Fayette County Elections offices last night.
In the Republican race for the Post 2 County Commission seat, David Barlow handily trumped Sheila Huddleston, 5,382 to 3,330. In the Post Three seat, incumbent Lee Hearn was defeated by challenger Randy Ognio, 6,363 to 2,490.
With only Fayette votes tabulated, T.J. Copeland was losing to Ronnie Mabra for the 63rd district seat.
