Mr. Albert (A.W.) Lester, of Fayetteville, passed away on September 21, 2012.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joann Lester; son, Keith (Diane) Lester; daughter, Cynthia Lynn (Gary) Hollis; daughter, Karen (Noel) Harmsen; grandchildren, T.J., Heather, Kevin, Christopher, Amanda and Maggie; great-grandsons, Grant, Eli, and William; sister, Darlene Lester and sister-in-law, Marge Gersten; also, other family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Dr. J.W. Wallis and Dr. David Smith will officiate. The burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, College Park.
The family received friends on Sunday, September 23, 2012 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
