Jennifer Grace Thomas, 44, of Dacula, passed away September 18, 2012.
She is survived by her brother, James (Jenny) Park Thomas; sister, Christina Simmons; sister, Laura Thomas; nephew, Michael; nieces, Ashley and Tiffany; uncles, Edd Thomas, Robert (Carolyn) Thomas; and aunt, Linda (Vernon) Swigert.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Wages and Sons Funeral Home, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy., Lawrenceville, Georgia, 30046.
