Ruth Sargent of Ellenwood, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012.
She is preceded in death by her parents Wheeler and Esther Blanchard and her sister Marianne Blanchard.
She is survived by her husband Charles “Larry” Sargent of Ellenwood; daughter Teresa Williams of Ellenwood; son Larry and Shannon Sargent of Fayetteville; daughter Tonya and Fernando Roque of Fayetteville; grandchildren Tiffany Prater of Jackson, Jessica Prater of Forest Park, Carie Williams and Stacey Williams of Paducah, Ky., Tabitha Martin and Shelly Martin of Panama City, Fla., Seandale Sargent of Panama City, Fla, Matthew Morris and Tyler Morris of Fayetteville, Kaylee Sargent of Fayetteville; grandchildren Larry Sargent, Jr. and Richy Sargent of Fayetteville, Justino Roque and fiancee Jessica Loredo of Forest Park, Leticia, Lisa and Joshua Roque of Fayetteville; six great-grandchildren; mother-in-law Minnie Marie Sargent of Jonesboro; twin sister Ruby Harris of Marietta, sisters Kathy Fitch of Marietta, Sheryl Graham of Dallas, Ga., Brenda Antoine, Sue Ellen Blinkhorn of Sylacauga, AL and several nieces and nephews. Close friends Vickie James, Terry Mitchell, Linda Kalat and Misty Norris.
A funeral service was held Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. The family received friends Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m..
