 Mrs. Elaine Sayer Lewis, of Peachtree City, passed away on December 5, 2012 at the age of 54.
Elaine was a loving wife, daughter, and sister with a quiet personality and a beautiful smile. She worked for years in the mortgage industry as a loan closing manager. Most recently she worked for Senior Helpers, of Fayette County.
Elaine is preceded in death by her father, Ralph Sayer. She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Erik Lewis; mother Mary Wilkinson of Douglasville; brothers Gene Sayer and wife Chung of Augusta, Barry Sayer and wife Melanie of Birmingham, AL; sisters Jane Greene and husband Fred of Douglasville, Rebecca Lingerfelt; in-laws Thomas Lewis and Renate Gellatly; brother-in-law Anthony Lewis and wife Julie of Sioux City, IA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 1:00PM at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church. Reverend Mark Westmoreland will officiate. The burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Mowell Funeral Home, Peachtree City.
