Mrs. Agnes Theresa Heinz Fountaine of Peachtree City, GA formerly of Lake Zurich, IL passed away on December 23, 2012 at the age of 86.
Mrs. Fountaine was a devoted, caring and loving wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Warren A. Fountaine.
She is survived by her children, Delores A. Hansen & husband Kenneth of Peachtree City, Warren L. Fountaine & wife Cathy of Lake Zurich, IL, Glenn A. Fountaine & wife Rose of Long Grove, IL, Denise L. Dineen & husband William of Peachtree City, Marlene T. Fountaine & husband Clint Scheidler of Valparaiso, IN, and Mark T. Fountaine of San Jose, CA; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 4 grandchildren by marriage and 5 great-grandchildren by marriage.
A funeral mass will be held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father Pavol Brenkus officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10:45 AM at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to St. Vincent de Paul c/o Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 101 Walt Banks Rd., Peachtree City, GA 30269.
