Mrs. Bobbie C. DeVault, of Peachtree City, passed away January 3, 2013 at the age of 92. She was born October 1, 1920 in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Mrs. DeVault was a charter member of the First Baptist Church of Peachtree City, a homemaker and a loving wife, mother and grandparent.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Elaine DeVault, 4 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by her loving & devoted husband of 72 years, John A. DeVault, Jr. of Peachtree City; sons John A. DeVault, III & wife Sue of Jacksonville, FL, Walter G. DeVault & wife Sandra of Iraq; 6 grandsons; 1 granddaughter & 6 great-granddaughters.
A funeral service was held Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Carl J. Mowell & Son, Peachtree City with Rev. Kenneth Brown officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. The family received friends Saturday, January 5, 2013 from 6 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Peachtree City.
