Anna Lee Wees, 89, of Peachtree City, passed away January 7, 2013. She was a member of The American Legion Auxilliary, the Gideon Auxilliary and enjoyed Red Hat Society meetings.
She is preceded in death by her son, Dale Wees II and a sister Evagail Dean.
She is survived by her husband, Dale of 69 years; daughters Debbie (Jimmy) Brogdon, Beverly (Allen) Davis, Trudy (Ken) Baker and Sue (Rick) LeBrun; Eleven Grandchildren and Ten Great-grandchildren; sisters, Wilda Godwin and Wilma Baker; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Peachtree City. Dr. Jerry Cross will officiate. The burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
