Fayetteville Police Searching for Wounded Armed Robbery Suspect

The Fayetteville Police are searching for a suspect who was shot during an armed robbery at the China Café in Fayetteville Friday night. Two suspects entered the restaurant and held three workers at gun point. One of the employees produced a hand gun and shot the suspect hitting him at least once in the head. The second suspect then shot one of the employees. Both suspects fled and most likely had a vehicle nearby. The wounded employee was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital with a gun shot wound. Police have contacted local hospitals to place them on alert and are asking anyone with information to contact the Fayetteville Police. Police are still investigating and processing the scene.
