Fayetteville Police Department gives a holiday gift to Fayette Senior Services

2014-01-06

By

The Fayetteville Police Department recently donated a 2001Ford Crown Victoria to the Fayette Senior Services. The vehicle had been a detective car and had been taken out of service. Chief Scott Pitts made the decision to donate the vehicle because it was still in very good condition but had reached the mileage maximum for police use. On December 23, 2013 Chief Pitts presented the title to Fayette Senior Services President and CEO Nancy Meaders and Fayette Senior Services Transportation Manager Jeff Wix. Also pictured are Major Jeff McMullan and Lieutenant Jeff Towler.
