Mr. Hyatt is survived by his brother Robert L. Hyatt of Griffin, sister, Vivian Leigh Land of Hampton and brother, Murray L. Hyatt of Hogansville as well as nieces and nephews. 
A graveside inurnment will be held on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Friendship United Methodist Church Cemetery (Hwy 314 North).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
