Mrs. Manning is preceded in death by her husband Lansing Ford Manning.  She is survived by her daughters Lansie Manning of Fayetteville and Mary Crews of St. Mary’s, GA; son Lewis “Joe� Manning of Manassa, VA; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister Ruby Elay and her husband William of Red Bank, TN.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 27, 2009 at 12:00 PM at Chattanooga Memorial Park with Rev. Burt Jones officiating.  Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home in Fayetteville from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
