Frances Hogue of Fayetteville, formerly of East Point and Christian City, died December 4, 2009 at the age of 88. Mrs. Hogue was a long time employee of the Macy's Department Store, retiring after 25 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Russell Hogue, and sisters, Bert Powell and Mae McDonald. She is survived by her son Ron "Bill" Hogue and his wife Sharon of West Jordan, Utah; daughter Jan Morgan, of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Jennifer Anderson and her husband Kevin of Sparks, Nevada, Michael Hogue of Las Vegas, Nevada, Alison Morgan of Newnan, GA, Christopher Morgan of Ft. Campbell, KY; great grandchildren, Brittney and Michael Hogue; and several nieces and nephews; and brother Louie Anglin of Blakely, GA. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at the Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home Fayetteville Chapel. Rev. Jon Schroeder will officiate. Interment will be in College Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. |
