Mrs. Margaret Shubert of Forest Park passed away December 25, 2009 at the age of 62. Margaret retired from Delta Air Lines as a Field Manager after 32 years of service. She was a long time member of Jones Memorial United Methodist Church where she was involved in many missions activities as well as other work areas of the church. Margaret was a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009 at 11:00 am at Jones Memorial United Methodist Church with interment following at Sherwood Memorial Park. Pastor Shari Rates officiated. The family received friends Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Margaret was preceded in death by her brother, William Henry Brown and is survived by her mother, Eva Lucile Brown, Forest Park; sisters, Beth Love Jones (Jack), Fayetteville, Eva Claire Hoff (Louis A.), Naples, FL; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Bryant (Lanier); nephew, Adam Ledford (Julie); step-children, Mark and Mary Shubert; step-grandchildren, Carl, Carolann and Wade Shubert; nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
