Mrs. Cynthia Ann Turner, 41, of Fayetteville, passed away on Jan. 9, 2010. Mrs. Turner is preceded in death by her grandparents. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Stephen “Steve� G. Turner, Sr.; son, Stephen G. Turner, Jr. of Fayetteville; parents, Joseph and Beverly Franks of Melbourne, Fl; in-laws, Harold and Jean Turner of Fayetteville; sister, Becky and Greg Willhite of Fayetteville, Ak; brothers-in-law, Michael Turner of Fayetteville and Gary and Deborah Turner of Dallas. |
