Mrs. Corinne O’Keefe, of Fayetteville, GA, formerly of Maspeth, NY, passed away on June 30, 2012 at the age of 89.
Mrs. O’Keefe was a loving wife, Mom, and Grandmother who enjoyed making people feel special. She was a very outgoing and social person, who was caring, nurturing and always there for anyone in need.
Corinne is preceded in death by her husband, James Henry O’Keefe and a special companion and friend, Joseph Mauro.
She is survived by her daughters, Jean Carolyn Heyman of Glendale, WI, Linda Duff and her husband Alastair of Marietta, GA; grandchildren Janice Ebel and her husband Fritz of MN, Alison Caravella and her husband Thomas of WI, and Jessica Sindic and her husband Eric of WI; and six great-grandchildren; sister, Mamie Cruz; and special caregiver and friend, Sylvia Davis.
A funeral service will take place on Saturday July 7, 2012 at 2:00PM at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Interment will take place at a later date in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, NY.
